Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working across a range of industries working with managers and teams to boost business performance especially during times when growth is rapid and change occurs with a focus on creating, aligning, and leading the global strategy of people. She has served as an expert in the field of thought, helping transform business and human resources strategies into goals for the entire enterprise as well as strategic plans, through managing performance and organization employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as change management. She has a passion for learning and believes that team building and leadership as the most valuable asset. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies she's developed and trained leaders who have demonstrated success and results. The work she did helped cultivate cultures in organizations which promote innovation and learning. Annmarie has felt compelled to donate her talent and resources to further support Learning Ally's mission. In her spare time she offers support to various non-profit organisations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims in helping women to become leaders. Also, she offers education to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
