Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw (Elizabeth Alice MacGraw) is an American animal rights activist, author, model and actor. Ali MacGraw is well-known for her roles in films like Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. New York was her home and she grew up in an artistic environment. When she was an assistant to photographers, she turned her attention towards modeling and acting. She won the Golden Globe Award in 1990 for being a promising young actor. The MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was a huge hit that brought her fame worldwide, as well an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. Within just three short films she was the highest-rated female box office star across the globe. The Grauman's Chinese Theater signed her name with handprints, foot prints and handprints in the year 1972. Other credits include The Getaway Convoy Players, the miniseries on TV The Winds of War and others. In 1991, her autobiography Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw's been married three different times.
